Masih dengan ciri-ciri yang sama, koloni tampak lebih sering di luar sarang saat malam. Bersih-bersih sarang setiap hari, dan banyak telur drone yang muncul.

Hari ini lebah di rumah memecah koloni. Beberapa minggu sebelumnya selalu keluar orientasi hampir tiap 2 hari sekali pada pukul 12:00-14:00. Kemudian beberapa lebah akan tidur di luar kotak. Lebahnya mulai memecah koloni pada pukul 09:00. Kemudian koloni baru akan pindah, kurang-lebih 20m ke tempat yang dirasa nyaman.
